Today we have a blog from Marc (Lebanon), Gülüş (Turkey), Gabi (Brazil) and Beer (staff).

Marc from Lebanon:

Hello, my name is Malek (Marc)!
Friday I went to the hosting family with my "Edouard". Their house was large and beautiful. Me and my friend, we swam in the pool and played with the cards. In our romm there were two beds, a high and a low bed.
The next day (Saturday) we visited the sister of the lady, because she had a new house. She had nothing at home, so we went to a large park and we played for an hour and a half. In the restaurant we ate Belgian fries and they were good. When we were back home, we played football, took a bath and watched a film. We fell asleep at ten thirty.
The third day (Sunday), it was the birthday of Louise, the daugther of the lady. We made a big cake. When we arrived at her home, we played the cards with her, we had a barbecue and ate the cake. At 4 o'clock, we went back to the camp.
We had a casino night. My favorite game was poker.

Gülüş from Turkey:

Hello! My name is Gulus. I am coming from Turkey. I will write about the host family. I went to host family with Laurance. My host family’s name is Marienne. She is living alone. She was a nice person. On Saturday we woke up and had breakfast. We made pop cakes all together. We had our lunch and after that we went to Marienne’s brother. He was also a host family. There, we met with our friends Alva, Cassandra, Elsa, Livy, Mehmet, Henrique and Albert. We swam in the swimming pool all together. After the swimming pool we went a café for eating Belgium fries. We had so much fun there. After that we went home. On Sunday we had croissant for the breakfast. After breakfast we packed up and went to mini Europe. Mini Europe was so beautiful. We had such a good time there. We went to the camp side after that. When we arrived the camp side, Jc’s told us to take a shower and wear our fancy dresses. After that we went to dinner hall. Dinner hall was so pretty. We ate our dinner and our leaders told that we had a surprise in the activity room. They gave us a money( kissus) to play the games that they prepared for us in the activity room. We also could have drinks with that money. We had such a good time there. We played and danced. We did our flag time right after the games. We went to lullabies and sleep.

Second home stay

When me Apoline, Lenja, and Anìta got to the Host Family’s house, we put our things in the room that we were going to sleep, and we went on a place where they sell hamburgers and French Fries. We went back to the house, ate, and we went to the bathroom take a shower (one at a time). When all of us had already taken a shower we went to the living room and watched a movie called “Rango”. When the movie ended, it was about 11:30 PM, so we went to our room and got ready to sleep.

On the next day we went to a friend of our family. This friend, by coincidence was receiving two other girls from camp. On total, we were six girls from camp all together! All of us got together in the car and went to the beach because the mom, Yannick, lived really near the coast. We stayed there for about three hours, so we also had lunch there. We ate some sandwiches that we made ourselves. After we finished eating, we left the beach and went to a place where you could ride some typical bikes from Belgium. They had six places, the for first people pedaled and the other two just stayed sited. The person the the front at the left side drove the bike and the person in the right braked. We did a competition, who did the tour around the city faster would win, because we were riding in two bikes. When we finished the tour (our team/bike won), we went back to the beach, and stayed there for about two more hours. We left the beach the two other girls that weren’t actually with us, went to their house and we went to our. We got there, we took a shower and we went to the two girl’s house. We played soccer for a while and we went to have diner. The family’s dad cooked chicken and potato for us. When we finished eating we went to the living room and watched “Smurfs”. When the movie ended we started watching the movie “Mamma Mia”, but it was already midnight so we had to go back home.

On the next day we woke up at about nine in the morning. We just played some games until two o’clock, and the family brought us back to the camp.
