Visit of the camp site
On Wednesday 25 February a number of person from the chapter and the staff went visiting the boarding school we will have our Village in.
We were welcomed by the boarding school manager who explained and showed us the whole site. We were pleasantly surprised. The site is large, very large and in a green corner if Vilvoorde.
Our campsite is a large boarding school on the domain of a gardening and agricultural school. The domain is so large that we will use only a part of it.
The facility has a ground level and 4 floors. We will use the ground level and the top 2 floors. One for the girls and one for the boys. Everyone will have its own room.
On the ground level we can use the kitchen, dining hall, staff room, leaders room and an extra class room to do indoor activities. You're in Belgium, you never know if it is going to rain or not. Beside that we can use a large gym hall and plenty of grass fields.
