CISV België organises a Village from 4 July 2015 until 31 July 2015.

There is a lot to do and we need your help. We need people helping us out on:
- Transport,
- Hosting,
- Help in the kitchen,
- Preparing and cleaning the campsite,
- ...

You can also help us by getting food or material we can use for the Village.

Campsite

I am willing to help with preparing the campsite before the start of the Village
I am willing to help with the transportation of equipment to the campsite before the start of the Village

Food / Material

Organising a Village is expensive. Every food or material we do not have to pay or for which we can get a reduction, will help us now and future projects.

Kitchen

Transport

I am willing to transport the early arriving (before 04/07) delegations (leaders and delegates to host families if necessary)
I am willing to transport the arriving delegations on 4th of July (leaders to the campsite and delegates to host families)
I am willing to help with transporting the leaders during the family weekend (17/07 - 19/07) if necessary
I am willing to help with transportation of the delegations to the airport or to the host families at the end of the camp ( 31/07)  
My car has place for  persons and their luggage.
